OBJECTIVE
SEG partnered with Oakley to deliver the first-ever on-snow demo of Meta Vanguard - revolutionary performance eyewear with integrated content capture, music, and AI assistance. The activation took place across Big Snow’s indoor slopes! It began in the VIP lounge with elevated hospitality and then moved to the slopes for a guided demo. Participants learned about Vanguard’s features, were fitted with the eyewear, and skied while capturing content via action buttons and voice commands. Afterward, participants accessed their photos and videos at a content station, allowing them to review, share, and send files to themselves.
SEG designed every element from the ground up - managing guest flow, building a seamless education-to-use narrative, and enabling real-time content capture in a dynamic ski environment. The result positioned Oakley as an innovator at the intersection of performance sports, consumer technology, and experiential design, leaving guests with personal content and firsthand proof of Vanguard’s capabilities.
